TERMS & CONTIDIONS (brief version)
Menu Blackboard will provide the service agreed, either as a Full Member or Special Offer Membership, for the term agreed with the customer. Full Membership is for 12 months, Special Offers and Promotional Memberships may vary. The Customer (establishment advertising on Menu Blackboard) agrees to pay for the service in advance and agrees to the terms and conditions.

Thank you for completing the menublackboard.com Registration Form. You
will be emailed with your username and password so you can enter your
menu and other information. If you have completed the Registration Form
on-line, please READ ON.
Data Protection Act
Under the Data Protection Act 1998 you have the right to see personal information
about you that we hold in our records. We will only use and disclose the
information stored about you in the normal course of administering and promoting
your business on our Website and to provide information to you regarding
other services which we may offer. Data will at all times be held securely
and handled with the utmost care in accordance with all the principles of
English law.

STEP 1 - When you
click 'Submit Registration ' below, your details will be held on site until
we have received your photograph, logo (optional) and cleared payment. You may send images by email as attachments, or by post on a CD. The images will be sized and optimised for the web site by Menu Blackboard.
STEP 2 - After clicking 'Submit Registration ' you will be taken to the Payment Page where you can Pay securely on-line by either credit / debit card or Paypal account . You will receive a ‘Receipt’ from Paypal. You do not have to be a Paypal member to pay on-line. We will send out an Invoice, marked ‘Paid’.
Head Office Payments: If head office is paying for your membership, please arrange for them to make payment within 5 working days of this registration. Remember, we can not complete your registration process without payment. If they are paying on-line, they should go to ‘Trade’, then ‘Payment Options’ and use the Paypal button on that page, entering the membership amount themselves.
Your membership subscription will automatically be renewed at the end of your chosen membership period. We will notify you of this date in advance. If you would like to cancel your subscription for any reason (moving establishment etc), please let us know no later than one month before your membership renewal date. Your membership and subscription payments will then be cancelled at the end of that period.
STEP 3 - Once we have received your payment, you will receive an email confirming your membership, together with your secure username and password, instructions as to where to send your photograph / menus / other information and how to make the most of your new membership (please allow 2 days for us to process your registration). Remember: the public will only visit your section if you have content. The minimum requirement is a photograph.
STEP 4 - As soon as you receive your username and password, your establishment will go ‘live’ on Menu Blackboard. Please log-in to your update page (instructions on how to do this are sent via email with your membership confirmation email). It is important to do this straight away and check that the details you have given on your registration form, which the public will see, are correct.
